These are a few questions that came up as I was running this week. I had not ran in about 10 months. At the 3km mark I remembered why it became one of my favourite things to do.
It energised me. It allowed me to tap into my thoughts and talk to myself clearly. I asked myself questions that triggered a different narrative.
